The role involves assembling, soldering, wiring, and testing electronic components and sub-assemblies according to engineering specifications and quality standards Key Responsibilities Read and interpret circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions. Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs), connectors, wiring harnesses, and enclosures. Perform soldering (through-hole and surface mount) as per IPC standards. Use hand tools, crimping tools, and measuring instruments for assembly work. Inspect assemblies visually and using test equipment to ensure compliance with specifications. Identify and report defective components or assembly issues to the supervisor. Maintain records of assembly work and quality checks. Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions and company safety guidelines. Support process improvements and help maintain a clean, organized workstation Qualifications & Skills ITI / Diploma in Electronics or related field preferred.
