Electronics Assembly Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling, soldering, wiring, and testing electronic components and sub-assemblies according to engineering specifications and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs), connectors, wiring harnesses, and enclosures.
• Perform soldering (through-hole and surface mount) as per IPC standards.
• Use hand tools, crimping tools, and measuring instruments for assembly work.
• Inspect assemblies visually and using test equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify and report defective components or assembly issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain records of assembly work and quality checks.
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions and company safety guidelines.
• Support process improvements and help maintain a clean, organized workstation

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in soldering and handling delicate electronic parts.
• Familiarity with ESD safety procedures.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
