This role involves working closely with suppliers, guides, and clients to ensure seamless travel experiences. The Tour Operator will handle logistics, customer service, and sales to provide exceptional service and value to travelers. Key Responsibilities: 1.Tour Planning & Coordination: Design and curate travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and special requirements. Work with vendors, transportation providers, and hotels to secure services and negotiate contracts. Plan and manage the logistics of the tour, including transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities. Ensure all tours comply with health, safety, and legal requirements. 2.Customer Interaction & Sales: Provide expert advice on travel destinations, tour options, and accommodations to potential clients. Sell tour packages and travel services through various sales channels (website, phone, email, in-person). Customize travel itineraries to meet clients’ needs, preferences, and budget. Respond promptly to inquiries, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions. Operations & Logistics Management: Oversee the execution of daily tour operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers. Manage schedules and ensure that tours run on time. Coordinate with tour guides and local service providers for on-the-ground support during tours. Track and manage bookings, payment processing, and customer documentation (visas, insurance, etc.). Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for customers during pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip phases. Provide assistance with any travel-related issues, such as delays, cancellations, or emergencies. Collect customer feedback and use it to improve future tour offerings and customer service. Marketing & Promotion: Assist with marketing campaigns to promote new tour packages. Contribute to social media and promotional content to engage customers and build the company’s online presence.
