You will be part of SBN Technologics Pvt. Ltd., an ISO certified company with other certifications such as GDPR, ISMS & SOC II. As a B.Tech graduate fresher, your responsibilities will include attending to customer communications in accordance with customer agreements and internal standards to ensure resolution. You will be expected to escalate bugs, defects, and errors that cannot be resolved and ensure follow-up until closure is achieved. Maintaining a Customer Satisfaction index of over 9 is crucial for this role. It is essential to strictly utilize V Tiger for recording customer queries, defects, and errors until resolution is achieved. Daily logs must be sent diligently to track progress and maintain communication. Continuous self-improvement is encouraged through upskilling with new technologies, SBNT Products, functions, and features. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday, with the work location being in person.
