Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and coordination to support the sales and business development process. The goal is to build strong customer relationships and help drive business growth in the corporate events sector. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and corporate leads for MICE opportunities. Generate qualified leads by identifying decision-makers and pitching services effectively. Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the MICE sales team. Maintain and update the CRM with lead and call details regularly. Follow up on email campaigns, cold calls, and inquiries. Provide accurate information about services, destinations, packages, and pricing. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales support. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in travel, events, or hospitality sales. Knowledge of the MICE industry and corporate travel is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other regional languages are a plus). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Marketing, or a related field.
