As a skilled software developer, you should have a strong knowledge of advanced C++ programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, Standard Template Library (STL), Multithreading, QT, Qt Creator, Database Management Systems (DBMS), V code, Eclipse, QML, Data Distribution System (DDS), Linux/Unix, and database management. Your experience should include the development of Combat Management Systems and UI development, with a focus on backend MongoDB and MySQL. You must be familiar with all phases of the software development life cycle, from analysis to maintenance, and possess excellent structured programming techniques, debugging skills, unit testing capabilities, and code optimization. Additionally, you should have expertise in software documentation and a proficient command of debugging and development skills. An understanding of software version control tools like GIT, knowledge of UDP/TCP communication interfaces, and proficiency in data structures and algorithms are essential for this role. Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems, particularly Red Hat Linux OS, is highly desirable. In this position, you will lead a team of at least five members in software design and development.
