Job Description

As a highly skilled UX/UI Expert, you will be responsible for designing mobile-first digital banking and fintech solutions. Your strategic thinking, design excellence, and user research expertise will play a crucial role in crafting seamless and engaging customer journeys. Here is what you will be doing in this role: - Create intuitive, end-to-end mobile banking experiences, focusing on simplicity, accessibility, and trust throughout the customer journey. - Conduct research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to identify pain points, user behaviors, and areas for improvement. - Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to test concepts iteratively and incorporate user feedback. - Deliver pixel-perfect, mobile-first, responsive designs aligned with brand identity, accessibility standards, and cross-platform consistency. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs. - Ensure mobile banking experiences are inclusive, intuitive, and optimized for various devices with a strong focus on accessibility. - Stay updated on emerging design tools, methodologies, and fintech trends to enhance the customer experience. - Contribute to design systems, style guides, and best practices for consistency and scalability across products. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within mobile banking or fintech. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in mobile-first application design and creating seamless digital customer journeys. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, Axure, Framer, or similar. - Knowledge of user-centered design principles, design systems, and accessibility standards. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to justify design decisions based on research and data. - Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on design execution in fast-paced agile environments. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working within multidisciplinary teams. - Understanding of motion design, micro-interactions, and designing for emerging technologies like biometrics and AI-driven personalization.,
