UX/UI Expert

As a highly skilled UX/UI Expert, you will be responsible for designing mobile-first digital banking and fintech solutions, focusing on creating seamless and engaging customer journeys. Your deep knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and mobile application design will be essential in leading projects from concept to execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Create intuitive, end-to-end mobile banking experiences, ensuring simplicity, accessibility, and trust at every step. - Conduct research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities for experience improvement. - Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to bring ideas to life, incorporating user feedback iteratively. - Deliver pixel-perfect, mobile-first, responsive designs that align with brand identity and accessibility standards. - Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and user needs. - Ensure all mobile banking experiences are inclusive, intuitive, and optimized for various devices, with a focus on accessibility. - Stay updated on emerging design tools, methodologies, and fintech trends to enhance the customer experience. - Contribute to design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across products. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within mobile banking or fintech. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in mobile-first application design and crafting seamless digital customer journeys. - Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, Axure, and Framer. - In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, design systems, and accessibility standards. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, backed by research and data-driven design decisions. - Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on design execution in fast-paced agile environments. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in multidisciplinary team collaboration. - Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and designing for emerging technologies such as biometrics and AI-driven personalization.,
