UX/UI Designer II (Remote)

Role Overview: As a User Experience Designer, your role is to envision how people experience products and bring that vision to life. You will tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for clients globally. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring products are not only well-designed but also provide an exceptional end-to-end client experience. Collaboration with design, technical, and business teams will be key to advocate for the user while balancing business and technical needs. In addition, your responsibilities will involve fostering relationships with other departments and embodying the company's core values and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Define user models and interfaces for new and existing products - Develop storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively - Assess product usability and provide constructive suggestions for improvement - Plan and estimate work tasks - Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research - Contribute to the Design System Qualification Required: - BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field - 8+ years of experience in design - Portfolio showcasing past design work - Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools like Figma, XD, Axure, or Sketch - Experience with user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and analytics tools - Familiarity with Agile practices, enterprise software design, and Design Thinking principles - Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively Additional Details: At Uplers, our aim is to streamline the hiring process and support talents in finding suitable contractual opportunities to advance their careers.
