You are a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)-driven Growth Executive who excels in combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to deliver measurable business impact. Your primary focus will be on executing CRO strategies and optimizing digital journeys, experiments, and user experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for data analysis to uncover insights, track performance, and guide decision-making. Your responsibilities will include owning the CRO roadmap, designing and executing A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and landing page optimizations. You will audit user journeys across web and mobile platforms to identify conversion barriers and suggest improvements. Utilizing tools such as VWO, Hotjar, Google Optimize, and Mixpanel, you will measure and enhance user flows. Collaboration with design and development teams to implement UX/UI changes that enhance engagement and conversions is vital. Furthermore, you will develop and manage CRO playbooks, frameworks, and testing protocols for sustainable success and optimize key funnel metrics across various stages. In terms of data analysis and insights, you will collect, process, and analyze user behavior and marketing performance data using GA4, Mixpanel, and other analytics tools. You will be responsible for building dashboards and reports to monitor growth metrics, experiment performance, and ROI. Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to recommend actionable strategies will be crucial. Collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate data insights into business decisions is essential. Monitoring SEO, paid media, and retention campaigns for optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights is also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. Previous experience of at least 1 year in CRO, analytics, or growth-focused roles (preferably agency or consulting) is required. Proficiency in CRO tools such as VWO, Hotjar, Google Optimize, and analytics platforms like GA4, Mixpanel, and HubSpot is essential. Hands-on experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests is a must. A strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, and retention marketing is necessary. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are required, and knowledge of SQL or BI tools will be an added advantage. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies is crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,
