We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced design professional with 710 years of UX/UI design experience, a strong foundation in design principles, and a compelling portfolio of detailed case studies. The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a reputable design institution or a master's degree in design, with proven ability to lead end-to-end design processes and deliver intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered design solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze findings to inform design strategies and improvements. Create visually engaging user interfaces, icons, and illustrations that adhere to brand guidelines. Develop high-fidelity prototypes and iterate designs using tools such as Figma, focusing on usability and accessibility. Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and advocate for user experience best practices. Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, creative team environment. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices to continuously enhance design outcomes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a reputable design school or Master's degree in Design. 710 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design with a focus on user research and usability. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Demonstrated ability to maintain Figma design systems, advanced prototyping, and reusable components. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Portfolio featuring detailed case studies that demonstrate end-to-end design thinking and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions. Familiarity with motion design principles and animation tools. Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and web accessibility standards. Ability to simplify complex requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.
