Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We are looking for great new colleagues. That is where you come in! Requirements: Total experience 10 years. Extensive experience in user research. Proficiency in wireframing and conducting UX workshops. Strong UX strategy skills. Expertise in prototyping and information architecture. Advanced skills in interaction design and visual design. Experience in usability testing and ensuring accessibility standards. Knowledge of design systems and tools expertise (e.g., Figma, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with WCAG guidelines to ensure designs comply with accessibility standards. Ability to create style guides and design systems for brand consistency across platforms. Proficiency in user story mapping to align UX decisions with business goals. Effective collaboration with product managers and developers for design implementation. Responsibilities: Translate user research findings, wireframes, and design mock-ups into intuitive user interface designs. Implement designs that provide consistent and optimized user experiences. Collaborate closely with developers and other cross-functional teams to support the integration of front-end and back-end services. Ensure accessibility compliance (AA) and inclusivity in the mobile app as per the agreed scope. Define UI components and styles that adhere to design guidelines and standards from the client.
