As an AM - Marketing at Firstsource Solutions Limited, you will play a key role in designing platforms and websites with a focus on functionality and aesthetics. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with back-end developers and web developers to ensure that the platform is user-friendly and optimized for an enhanced user experience across various devices. Your primary responsibilities will include designing "simple, elegant & intuitive" experiences and interactions that enhance users" workflows. You will be required to visualize experience concepts by creating wireframes, design mockups, journey maps, process flows, and prototypes. Additionally, you will analyze user needs and gather requirements across multiple product experiences to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. To excel in this role, you must have at least 6+ years of experience in IC UX and/or Product Design in an enterprise software/product company. You should have a proven track record of shipping world-class product designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar, with a focus on providing simple solutions to complex problems. Proficiency in front-end development techniques such as HTML, CSS, and JS frameworks is essential. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in UX and product design. A strong portfolio showcasing your understanding of UX and UI design principles, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams will be highly beneficial. Additionally, your experience with prototyping, effective communication skills, and fluency in English will be advantageous in this role.
