We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to take ownership and define the visual identity and UI language for our app. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating a cohesive, scalable, and delightful design system that enhances the overall user experience. Collaborating closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders, you will ensure consistency, usability, and innovation across all UI elements. Your responsibilities will include defining and establishing the visual direction and UI language for our app, building and maintaining a scalable design system for visual and functional consistency, crafting high-fidelity UI designs that prioritize both aesthetics and usability, designing micro-interactions and animations to improve user experience, and collaborating cross-functionally to seamlessly implement UI solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to continuously refine and evolve the UI based on user feedback, design trends, and industry best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in UI design, with a strong emphasis on design systems. Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of typography, color theory, interaction design, and accessibility best practices, as well as hands-on experience in creating micro-animations and motion design for UI elements. An understanding of the entire UX lifecycle, experience in agile environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers are also required. Attention to detail and a passion for crafting beautiful, intuitive interfaces are qualities that we value.
