Overview:

As a UX Intern, you ll dive deep into understanding our students how they think, decide, and learn. You ll uncover insights that shape how our products are designed and experienced, ensuring every feature feels intuitive and impactful.

What you ll do

Talk to students. A lot. Understand how they think, decide, and learn. Dig into why users do what they do motivations, pain points, mental models. Turn all that messy, rich insight into stories, journey maps, and product ideas. Work with designers, PMs, and growth folks to make our products simpler, cleaner, and more user centric.

You ll fit right in if you

Come from a psychology, behavioral science, or design background. Enjoy good conversations and can read between the lines. Are curious about why people click, drop off, or get motivated. Want to learn fast, ship fast, and have a real impact on how students experience learning.
