As a Solutions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will leverage your expertise in dashboard development and SQL to create insightful and actionable business intelligence tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Understand end-to-end process and rate of delivery for overall solutions. Ensure current priorities are in line with expectations of key stakeholders. Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data/reporting solutions. Conduct thorough testing and validation of dashboards and reports to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in dashboard development preferably with Qlik Sense. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems and writing complex queries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus. Preferred knowledge of ITIL based practices and associated data (Incident, Change, Problem, Resiliency, Capacity Management). Ability to manage multiple in-flight responsibilities and a high volume of detailed work effectively. Preferred UX experience and Qlik Mashup (or equivalent) experience. Project management experience is a plus. Experience in any scripting language Python, Java script or front-end development will be a plus.,
