Key Responsibilities User Research & Analysis Conduct user research and usability testing with global utility customers and stakeholders. Translate findings into data-driven design decisions that address real-world user challenges. Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes showcasing data visualization and control interfaces. Ensure designs align with Qualitrol s brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Front-End Development (C# / .NET) Implement clean, responsive, and performant user interfaces using C# in frameworks such as WPF , WinUI , Blazor , or ASP.NET MVC (depending on product requirements). Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate live data streams and analytics into seamless, real-time user experiences. Maintain and optimize existing front-end codebases, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. UX Strategy & Implementation Define end-to-end user journeys for multiple software solutions, including asset monitoring dashboards and condition-based maintenance tools. Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring design best practices are embedded in our product development lifecycle. Data Visualization & Complex Workflows Develop sophisticated data visualization components (charts, graphs, maps) that simplify complex sensor and analytics data.
