UX DEVELOPERS

As an Experience Design Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating expressive designs that resonate with our target audience. Your primary responsibility will be to validate designs into functional identities, ensuring a seamless user experience that prompts desired responses. We are seeking talented UX designers who can build captivating web and mobile interfaces while understanding the modern user's mindset and behavior. Based in Jaipur, you will be part of the UI/UX Design department on a full-time basis. You will collaborate closely with clients, participate in Agile team environments, and work alongside the Product team to develop optimal UX solutions. Additionally, your role will involve contributing to the business development process through activities such as creating pitch decks, networking, and generating leads. Working in tandem with the development team, you will be instrumental in delivering projects within specified timelines. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in Responsive Web Design (RWD), UX principles, branding, and iconography. Proficiency in layout design and the ability to convert designs into XTHML/HTML/CSS are essential. Familiarity with tools such as Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Dreamweaver is required, along with experience in developing web and mobile designs using HTML or GUI design software.
