As a UX Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing the next generation of the Social Media & E-commerce platform. If you possess a Customer First attitude, we welcome you to join our team in Bangalore. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee and take ownership of the creative vision, interaction patterns, visual comps, prototyping, specs, and style guides. - Play a key role in shaping the creative vision for single and/or cross-platform, multi-device experiences. - Utilize existing UX deliverables such as wireframes, storyboards, and style guides for planning, creating, and presenting user interfaces. - Develop user-facing features for online storefronts based on design components and information architectures. - Optimize application and store pages for maximum speed and scalability. - Ensure adherence to best practices with client-side validation before submission to the back-end. - Use results from usability testing to identify and resolve UI issues, as well as gather real-world intelligence from target users. **Required Skills:** - Experience in integrating with e-commerce and social media back-end solutions. - Proficiency in creating UX deliverables like wireframes, storyboards, and style guides/pattern guides. - Proficient with design and UX wireframe/prototyping software and working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Sketch, etc.). - Ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, evaluate alternatives, and develop necessary processes and tools. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a similar design-focused degree (Masters is a plus). - 5+ years of professional experience as a user interface or visual designer, preferably from a social media or digital agency background. - Expertise in high-level digital product strategy, particularly in responsive websites, mobile applications, and design guides. - Strong knowledge of design principles for iOS, Android, Windows, and Responsive web solutions. - Familiarity with contemporary design and development methodologies (including atomic design, live style guides, responsive design principles). The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in leading a team focused on responsive web or mobile solutions. A strategic thinker with a solid understanding of research and designing best practices will be essential. The ability to develop design concepts that prioritize users while aligning with key business objectives is crucial, along with understanding the importance of data and analytics in informing design solutions.
