UX DESIGNER

As a UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating seamless, user-friendly, and engaging digital experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs and pain points. - Translating business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-friendly designs. - Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas. - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies and design solutions. - Ensuring consistency in design systems, style guides, and component libraries across platforms. - Applying usability principles and accessibility standards to deliver inclusive digital experiences. - Testing and iterating designs based on feedback, user behavior, and data insights. The qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Certification or coursework in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design is a plus. - Internship or project experience in UX/UI design preferred (academic projects also acceptable). In terms of technical skills, you should have: - Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and User-Centered Design (UCD). - Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision. - Familiarity with UI design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. - Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping. - Strong visual design sense including typography, color theory, layout, and consistency. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
