As a UX/UI Designer III at Expedia Group, you will be part of a world-class consumer design team dedicated to crafting incredible user experiences that help millions of people see and enjoy more of the world. Your mission is to power global travel for everyone, everywhere by envisioning and delivering exceptional customer experiences for Insurtech products and experiences. You will work on a global scale for multiple brands, across devices and platforms, in a diverse and collaborative environment. **Role Overview:** You will be particularly focused on designing the end-to-end experience of insurance shopping to servicing and management experiences for travelers who purchase Expedia Group products. Your work will help boost trust in the products, increase repeat purchases, reduce call volumes, improve NPS and DUET scores, and enhance the overall insurance purchase repeat rate in the long run. **Key Responsibilities:** - Envision and deliver exceptional customer experiences for Insurtech products. - Drive trust, repeat purchases, reduce call volumes, and improve NPS/DUET scores. - Frame problems, challenge assumptions, and define success metrics using data. - Generate diverse concepts, facilitate cross-functional ideation, and create visuals/prototypes. - Coordinate stakeholder input, apply systems thinking, and effectively use design systems. - Explain design rationale clearly, act on feedback, and tailor communication to the audience. - Apply research insights to design solutions centered on customer needs. - Leverage AI to enhance user experience by identifying opportunities for intelligent automation, personalization, and predictive insights. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or equivalent in HCI, UX, Design, or relevant experience. - Minimum 5+ years of experience. - Strong in 2 core skills and capable in 2-3 others from: Interaction/Visual Design, Information Architecture, User Research, Facilitation, Prototyping, Technical/Platform Knowledge, UX Writing, Illustration, Motion Design, AI Design.
