Role & responsibilities

Figma

Responsibilities

Create
web and mobile wireframes
, UI layouts, and design flows in Figma
Convert ideas or references into
usable screens
ready for development
Apply basic visual hierarchy, alignment, spacing, and responsiveness
Iterate designs based on quick feedback from team or stakeholders
Occasionally create
print-ready designs
: flyers, IDs, social banners, etc.
Organize
Figma
files clearly and export assets as needed

What we are looking for

14 years of experience with UX/UI design in
Figma
(web/mobile)
Able to design web screens using
grid systems
, components, and responsiveness in mind
Good eye for
spacing
, font pairing, colors, and usability
Comfortable with
light design work
like posters, ID cards, or banners
Bonus
: Familiarity with
Bootstrap layouts
, dev handoff, or CSS-friendly designs
Bonus
: Experience using
Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
for quick visual tweaks
