To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing, with a focus on WordPress and Shopify. Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and TestNG is required, along with experience in test management systems like JIRA and TestRail. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, exceptional communication skills, and strong leadership and team management abilities are essential for this role.
