As a highly skilled and experienced React JS Architect at ValueMomentum's Core Technology Solutions Center, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable front-end solutions using React JS. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in modern web development and contribute to innovative solutions within the insurance domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead front-end architecture design and development using ReactJS - Actively participate in a structured cross-training program to gain proficiency in the Guidewire Jutro Digital Platform - Collaborate with Guidewire developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into Jutro-based applications - Apply React JS knowledge and best practices within the Jutro development context - Architect and implement Micro frontends (MFE) solutions for modular, scalable, and independently deployable features - Design and implement caching strategies to improve application performance and reduce server load - Develop and maintain automated test suites using Jest or similar testing frameworks - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Optimize application performance through code profiling, monitoring, and implementing performance best practices - Implement persona management solutions to personalize user experiences based on behavior and preferences - Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in React development, Micro Frontends (MFE), testing, caching, and performance optimization - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the team - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on end users - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years experience as a React developer with expertise in Micro frontends (MFE), Jest testing, cache management, performance optimization, and persona management - Knowledge of the Guidewire Digital Platform, including Enterprise Engage applications - Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in React-based projects - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies - Experience with SASS or LESS and writing modular, scalable style sheets - Strong understanding of caching strategies and cache management techniques - Experience in Jest, Mocha, or similar testing frameworks for unit testing and test automation - Deep knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications - Familiarity with persona management concepts and implementation strategies - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with Agile methodologies and GIT/version control systems - Understanding of full-stack development ValueMomentum is a leading solutions provider for the global property & casualty insurance industry, offering comprehensive services across the P&C insurance value chain.
