Job Description

We are hiring for -

Role: UIUX Designer

About the Role

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Ensure designs meet usability standards and deliver responsive, accessible interfaces across devices.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve product experience.
Prepare and present design proposals to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.
24 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web & mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
.
Experience with prototyping tools and user research methodologies.
Good understanding of
UX principles, interaction design, design thinking, and information architecture
.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

Experience with design systems and component-based design.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
Understanding of motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
