2 to 4 years of experience in real-time 3D for VR/AR/MR. Blender expert: Clean modelling, retopo, UVs, high to low bakes. PBR texturing: Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop. Unity or Unreal: Materials, UV2 lightmaps, LODs, collisions/pivots; scene setup. Optimize for Meta Quest & PCVR (draw calls, overdraw, texture memory, FPS targets). Trim sheets/atlases, decals, consistent texel density. Basic rigging/prop animation; clean FBX/ glTF export; version control (Git). Plus: Maya interoperability.
