As a Quality In-Charge at N2N FIBC Solutions Pvt. Ltd., located in Nagda, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all quality control and quality assurance activities within our Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) production facility. With over 5 years of experience in the FIBC or Woven Sack industry, you will lead and manage quality control processes across various departments such as fabric, printing, stitching, and finishing. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with product specifications and international quality standards such as ISO, FSSC, and HACCP. You will be tasked with developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incoming, in-process, and final inspections, as well as coordinating with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to address quality deviations. Handling customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions will be part of your daily routine. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular training sessions for quality and production staff, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring audit preparedness. Monitoring lab equipment calibration and overseeing accurate test reporting will also fall under your purview. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Textile, Polymer, or Industrial Engineering (preferred) and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within the FIBC / woven sack industry. Strong knowledge of fabric testing, UV standards, and migration tests for food-grade bags is essential, along with familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and 6:1 SF standards. As a leader, you should exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a focus on continuous improvement.
