You should have at least 8-10 years of experience in Design, Development, Implementation, Upgrade, Customization, and Maintenance of Oracle EBS. Your role will involve executing Techno Functional tasks on Oracle EBS, contributing to the development and customization of various components, such as reports, forms, interfaces, concurrent programs, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, and WorkFlow. You will be responsible for developing and customizing RICE components as per client requirements, including Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions. In this role, you will need strong programming experience in developing Procedures, Packages, APIs, Functions, Triggers, and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL. Your Oracle Apps Tech-no Functional Knowledge will be essential to address challenges in Financials and SCM Modules. Additionally, you will be required to lead a team to deliver expected business results, execute unit testing, adhere to coding standards, and ensure stakeholder management. Proficiency in Oracle (SQL/PLSQL), Oracle Builder 10g, SQL*Loader, XML Publisher, and UTL_FILE Utilities is mandatory. You should have a strong grasp of Work Flow, extensive experience in report development and customization, and a thorough understanding of Oracle EBS. Good-to-have skills include hands-on experience in developing Technical Specification Documents, Gap Analysis, Application Design, troubleshooting, and query performance tuning. You will also be expected to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, mentor junior consultants, participate in testing activities, and provide quick resolutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. Certifications related to Oracle EBS will be mandatory for this position. As an Associate Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful execution of Oracle EBS projects. Your ability to handle complex queries, lead a team, and provide technical solutions will be instrumental in meeting project requirements and exceeding client expectations.,
