Sales & Reporting: Present sales reports and forecasts to management to review performance and contribute to strategic planning. Market Knowledge: Stay current with real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Essential for effectively presenting properties and negotiating sales agreements. Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, property values, and market trends. Client Relationship Management: The ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Technical & Organizational Skills: Skills in maintaining accurate records, using relevant software, and managing time effectively. Resilience & Adaptability: The capacity to handle challenges and adapt to the dynamic real estate environment. Education & Licensing: A bachelor's degree in a related field may be preferred, and industry-specific licenses might be required depending on the region.
