Minimum 2 years hands-on Utilization Review experience (mandatory).Prior experience with US health insurance companies.Strong knowledge of medical necessity reviews, insurance processes & compliance.Willingness to work night shifts (remote).Good communication skills; familiarity with ASAM. Guidelines & ICD-10 preferred.
