This role will start as an Individual Contributor , where you will independently manage all responsibilities. Over time, you will lead a team to support these activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Mechanical & Electrical Work Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime. 2. Maintain detailed records of engineering projects, equipment maintenance and utility operations. Prepare reports for audits and regulatory inspections . 4. Project Management Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical, electrical, and civil projects for the R&D center. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards . Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute projects efficiently. 5. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to prevent hazards. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations .
