Role & responsibilities Utility Operations & Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on utility equipment such as: Boilers (steam generation systems) Air compressors Chillers and HVAC systems Cooling towers Pumps and motors Water treatment (RO, DM, Softener plants) Effluent and Sewage Treatment Plants (ETP/STP) Monitor utility performance and ensure optimal operation with minimal downtime.
