A familiarity with site development, drainage, grading, and utility design is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office tools. Understanding of US construction practices and codes such as IBC, ADA, and local zoning regulations is crucial. Excellent communication and coordination skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-border teams.
