About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Utility Bill Payment Executive to join our team. The role involves handling end-to-end processes related to customer utility bill payments (electricity, water, gas, telecom, etc.), ensuring accuracy, timely resolution, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries related to utility bill payments (electricity, water, gas, telecom, etc.).
• Process bill payments accurately and ensure timely updates in the system.
• Verify payment details and resolve discrepancies or failed transactions.
• Provide support through phone, email, or chat for billing-related queries.
• Maintain proper records of all payments and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams or utility providers for escalated issues.
• Educate customers about digital payment modes, due dates, and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
