The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a Full-time position that involves handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US. The responsibilities include understanding client requirements, conducting searches using internal databases and various job boards to identify potential candidates, and sourcing candidates from portals and job boards. Additionally, placing job requirements online to expand the candidate pool, screening candidates to align with open positions, conducting skills testing, interviews, and reference checks, and presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates are part of the role. Moreover, the role requires the development of creative recruiting resources to attract professionals interested in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time employment.
