Utilize job portals extensively (e.g., Indeed, Monster, Naukri, CV-Library, etc.) to identify, source, and shortlist qualified candidates for overseas roles. Apply advanced search filters and Boolean search techniques to find suitable profiles quickly and efficiently. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability, communication skills, and intent to relocate abroad. Maintain and manage candidate and client data using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Bullhorn, Salesforce, etc.). Track candidate status, follow-ups, interviews, and documentation within the CRM for smooth workflow and accountability. Liaise with overseas clients/employers to gather detailed job requirements, visa processes, and job market expectations. Maintain clear communication to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, interview procedures, and onboarding timelines. Match candidates to suitable positions based on job description, location, experience, and visa eligibility. Prepare detailed candidate dossiers to present to clients, highlighting strengths, skill sets, and experience. Schedule and manage interviews across different time zones with candidates and overseas clients. Prepare candidates for interviews with briefings on the company, role, and expected questions.
