Job Summary: Usha Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling high-quality stepper motors to various industries such as robotics, automation, manufacturing, and more. This role requires an individual with a mechanical background, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively understand customer needs and deliver solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the stepper motor market, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, providing high-quality customer service and support. Product Knowledge: Possess deep knowledge of stepper motors, including technical specifications, features, and applications to educate customers and recommend appropriate products. Technical Consultation: Provide technical guidance to clients regarding the selection, integration, and optimization of stepper motors into their systems. Sales Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and projects are executed successfully. Reporting: Regularly update sales pipelines, forecasts, and provide status reports to management. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in selling technical products like motors, automation systems, or electrical components. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of stepper motors, their operation, and applications in various industries. Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients. Customer Focused: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed for meetings, presentations, and installations. Skills & Competencies: Technical proficiency in stepper motors and automation systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
