We are looking for an experienced iScala techno-functional professional with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of iScala ERP systems and a proven track record in delivering high-quality technical and functional implementation for large-scale iScala deployment projects. As a techno-functional specialist, you will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, developing solutions, and leading iScala ERP implementations across multiple business units. Your responsibilities will include providing technical and functional solutions for iScala ERP users, developing complex business solutions, and offering hyper-care assistance to end-users. You will be responsible for managing functional deployment, including Build, SIT, UAT, and end-user training, ensuring successful and timely implementation of iScala ERP systems. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and assistance for iScala ERP systems and related Edge Apps ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver technical and functional solutions for iScala ERP system users, focusing on complex business needs and providing hyper-care support. - Manage functional deployment activities, including Build, SIT, UAT, and end-user training, for critical and time-sensitive iScala ERP implementations. - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and assistance for iScala ERP systems and related Edge Apps ecosystem. - Conduct advanced troubleshooting on complex systems involving iScala ERP, databases, external Edge Apps integrations, and provide development and support. - Manage localization, electronic invoicing, advanced functions, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Automate processes, secure workflow integrations using Epicor Service Connect, and other technologies. - Develop reports using MS SQL Server SSRS and other Epicor technologies. - Investigate and resolve technical issues within the iScala ecosystem, perform root cause analysis, and resolve any iScala-related interfaces. - Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively communicating, resolving issues, and meeting SLA standards. - Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their understanding of iScala features and functionalities. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, application performance enhancements, and participate in the development of new features. - Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure functionality and performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-8 years of hands-on experience in iScala technical support or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of iScala ERP system and related technologies. - Proficiency in iScala technical development, MS SQL Server 2019, SSRS Report Development, SSIS Development, SQL Programming, and Epicor Service Connect integrations development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong experience in database management and complex SQL scripting. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
