Exposure to ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar, experience working on enterprise-grade marketing tools or platforms, strong analytical and product intuition with a user-first mindset, familiarity with productizing ML models, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential requirements. Additionally, hands-on experience or deep understanding of Agentic AI systems, exposure to task orchestration tools, agent frameworks, or real-time decision engines, and experience designing decision-support or automation-heavy products in complex domains are considered advantageous.
