About The Role As the Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing digital experiences tailored for insurance agents. Your focus will be on ensuring that our tools are intuitive, engaging, and supportive of their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in UX/UI design, have experience with agent-facing products, and excel at creating designs that enhance productivity and user satisfaction. **Duties And Responsibilities** - **Gamified Design Implementation**: Develop and incorporate gamification elements into insurance tools and agent platforms to enhance engagement, productivity, and learning. - **Prototyping & Interactive Design**: Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes that showcase game-like elements in professional tools. - **User-Centric Research**: Conduct research with insurance agents to comprehend their workflows, motivations, and challenges, applying gaming principles to improve usability and user engagement. - **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and integrate game mechanics and design elements that enhance agent interactions. - **Feedback Loop**: Engage in design reviews and workshops, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
