Role Overview: You are being offered an exciting opportunity to join as an Engineering Lead and Product Owner for the Global Product Representation Services (GPRS) product line within Order Fulfillment. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of software engineering experience in leadership roles. - Industry certifications relevant to software engineering or commitment to obtain within 6 months. - Leadership experience in creating a psychologically safe team environment and conducting blameless retrospectives. - Proven track record in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and successfully delivering software products. - Expertise in leading large-scale transformations, systems thinking, and managing cross-functional teams. - Strong hands-on experience in software engineering, programming, and solution design. - Familiarity with Microservices architecture, Cloud-Native architectures, Event-driven architectures, APIs, Domain-Driven Design, Public Cloud (Google Cloud), Serverless, Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps. - Ability to mentor technical talent and conversant in multiple programming languages. - Knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, scalability, and performance in a microservices-driven eCommerce architecture. - Experience in Cloud Native systems, Transactional Systems, Multi-Tenancy, and Containerization technologies. - Collaboration skills with technical domain experts in cloud, security, SRE, and DevOps. - Proficiency in DevSecOps, monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Google Cloud Monitoring, and managing complex integrations and dependencies. - Strong leadership skills in people management, team building, and coaching. - Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
