As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder at DA Psyki, an early-stage startup based in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing how brands approach growth using behavioral intelligence, automation, and data-backed marketing. The company's mission is to go beyond traditional analytics by combining psychology, AI, and integrated marketing ecosystems to provide business clarity and competitive advantage. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading all aspects of product development and technology. This includes defining the product architecture, building the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), overseeing integrations with third-party tools, setting up robust systems for data handling, privacy, and AI workflows, and eventually growing and leading the tech team. You will collaborate closely with the founder to ensure that the product aligns with real market needs and strategic goals. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 4+ years of experience in tech/product/startup environments, with a strong background in building and scaling digital products, preferably SaaS or AI-backed tools. Proficiency in modern tech stacks such as Python/Node.js, React/Next.js, Firebase, and AWS/GCP is required. Additionally, familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and vector databases would be advantageous. This is an equity-first co-founder role, with no initial salary provided. Compensation will be equity-based and negotiable based on your contribution, experience, and any capital investment you are willing to make. Once the startup secures funding, the role will transition into a salaried + equity position as part of the founding leadership team.
