User Interface Designer

As a visionary UI designer with a strong grasp of brand identity and a passion for creating unique designs, you will play a crucial role in defining and shaping the visual identity of our brand across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include leading UI/UX design efforts, collaborating closely with product and development teams, establishing design guidelines, and taking ownership of design decisions to ensure scalability and long-term impact. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders to refine and iterate on design concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Define and shape the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency and uniqueness. - Lead UI/UX design efforts to create intuitive and aesthetically compelling interfaces. - Translate ideas into seamless user experiences by working closely with product and development teams. - Establish design guidelines, frameworks, and best practices aligned with the brand vision. - Take ownership of design decisions to ensure scalability and long-term impact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and iterate on design concepts. Qualifications Required: - Strong fluency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Deep understanding of brand design to create visuals exclusive to the brand. - Ability to lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers. - Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with an equity-based role in the initial phase. - At least an internship experience in UI/UX design OR a strong portfolio showcasing relevant skills. - Passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
