In terms of content, FanCode offers interactive live streaming for sports with innovative subscription formats such as Match, Bundle, and Tour Passes, as well as monthly and annual subscriptions at affordable prices. Additionally, through FanCode Shop, fans have access to a diverse range of sports merchandise from sporting teams, brands, and leagues worldwide. We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of FanCode among sports fans across various touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end campaigns, defining our brand voice, and fostering fan affinity throughout the sporting calendar. Key Responsibilities: - Brand Building: Develop and implement integrated campaigns to enhance awareness, affinity, and preference for FanCode across different sports verticals. - Social Media Management: Manage FanCode's social media presence, driving growth, engagement, and impact through strategic content planning and community-building on various platforms. - Creative Development: Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to deliver impactful assets across digital, social, and traditional media channels. - Digital Media Execution: Plan and execute paid digital media campaigns to drive measurable growth and brand impact. - Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with rights owners, influencers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaign excellence and brand integrity. - User Insight: Utilize user feedback, research, and analytics to refine the brand experience continuously. - On-Ground & Experiential: Assist in planning and executing fan engagement initiatives both online and offline. Requirements: - 5-7 years of brand or marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech, sports OTT, or gaming industries, with a solid understanding of the media landscape. - Proficiency in influencer marketing and creator-led amplification on various platforms. - A fan-centric mindset with a deep understanding of Indian sports fans" behaviors and preferences. - Strong strategic thinking, execution skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. - Passion for sports. Preferred Skills: - Experience working with product, UI/UX, and growth teams. - Familiarity with campaign dashboards, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
