Contract Duration1 year (can be extendable) Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive user research, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and user journey mapping. Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and development teams to translate research findings into actionable design decisions. Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on research findings and business requirements, ensuring designs are user-centered and aligned with the overall product strategy. Perform competitor analysis and keep up with industry trends to inform UX strategies. Ensure that the design process is user-centered, improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving design decisions based on user insights. Maintain and improve design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and products. Experience5-9 years of total professional experience with at least 2-3 years dedicated to research. Skills: Strong experience in user experience research techniques and methodologies. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong knowledge of usability testing, user interviews, and survey methods. Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights for design teams, including the creation of wireframes and user flows. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and collaborate effectively across teams. Understanding of human-centered design principles and best practices.

5 - 8 years of Expertise knowledge in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and other Adobe Creative Suite softwares like Photoshop and Illustrator. Online Portfolio mandatory demonstrating both UX and UI skills. User Research: •Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design processes and outputs. •Analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance the user experience. Wireframing and Prototyping: •Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. •Develop high-fidelity prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look for Desktop, Tab and Mobile. UI/UX Design: •Design and deliver visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. •Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs. Collaboration and Communication: •Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, product management and marketing team, to deliver user-centered design solutions. •Present and defend design decisions, based on design principles and user research. Design Systems and Guidelines: •Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. •Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our design standards are current. Visual Consistency: •Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual language aross all digital platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are followed. Icon and Illustration Design: •Design custom icons and illustrations that enhance user experience and communicate complex concepts effectively. Responsive Design: •Adapt designs for various screen sizes and devices, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetics across platforms. Micro Interactions: •Create subtle animations and micro interactions that enhance the usability and delight users by providing visual feedback and guidance during interactions.
