As a UX Writer at the Big MNC located in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging digital experiences for travelers globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless digital experiences. - Writing copy for the Company's website, mobile app, and chatbot to enhance customer clarity and reduce friction. - Aligning copy with wireframes, prototypes, and final designs in collaboration with UX/UI designers. - Creating clear instructions, error messages, tooltips, and FAQ content to simplify processes for customers. - Advocating for plain language, inclusivity, and clarity in all digital aspects. - Defining UX strategy with UX designers, contributing to user research, journey maps, and information architecture. - Assisting in planning new features and interactive tools for users. - Ensuring content accuracy and message consistency with product managers. - Maintaining the Air India voice and tone across various digital touchpoints. - Adding UI copy to wireframes and comps directly in design tools like Figma. - Participating in content testing and optimizing copy based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics. - Conducting content audits and providing actionable recommendations to enhance usability and comprehension. With 5-7 years of experience and a CTC budget of 15-17 LPA, you will be an integral part of the team driving user engagement, conversion, and overall digital experience improvements.
