User Experience (UX) Designer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Designer who can translate complex user needs into clean, intuitive digital experiences. With over 2+ years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate should be highly skilled in UX documentation, user research, and design strategy. You’ll be a key player in shaping the user journey from start to finish across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify key insights and opportunities
• 
  Design and document user journeys, personas, empathy maps, sitemaps, and workflows
• 
  Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and enhance user-centric solutions
• 
  Apply design thinking principles to solve user challenges creatively
• 
  Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
• 
  Advocate for user-centric design across the product lifecycle
• 
  Stay informed on emerging UX and AI trends to drive innovation and best practices
• 
  Ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all user-facing touchpoints

Required Skills

• 
  2+ years of UX design experience in a professional setting
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• 
  Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• 
  Strong documentation skills with a portfolio showcasing UX artifacts (e.g., user flows, personas, prototypes)
• 
  Experience in conducting and interpreting user research
• 
  Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
• 
  Familiarity with Agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration
• 
  Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and technologies

  Exposure to advanced tools for AI-driven UX insights or prototyping
