User Experience Designer

As a User Experience Designer at CarbonCubes Technology (India) Private Limited, you will play a vital role in applying design thinking methodologies to create bespoke software systems and solutions for niche businesses. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, developing user experience (UX) strategies, and creating visual designs. You will collaborate with our development team to convert designs into functional apps and websites, ensuring that client ideas are brought to life through innovative design concepts. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Design Thinking and User Research, along with experience in Visual Design and User Experience (UX). Proficiency in Prototyping and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field is required. Experience in creating designs for the media/entertainment industry would be advantageous. Hands-on experience in Figma and Canva is crucial for this role, as well as familiarity with Figma design to Flutter/Tailwind CSS based projects. Working knowledge of platforms like lovable.dev, orchids.app, and builder.io will be beneficial. While programming experience is not mandatory, a strong sense of design and proficiency in design tools are a must. This is a contract role with a hybrid working model, based in Hyderabad/Trichy, with the flexibility to work partly from home.
