User Experience Designer

Role Overview: You will be a member of the UX Design team for CloudVision at Arista, playing a crucial role in the product development lifecycle by focusing on enhancing the accessibility of common workflows for new users. Collaborating closely with the development team, you will have numerous opportunities to shape the product's functionality and user experience. We are seeking an individual enthusiastic about implementing new and innovative design approaches to make CloudVision more user-friendly. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the UX Design team, Engineering, and Product Management to create innovative design solutions. - Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet client and user needs. - Analyze research findings and user feedback to inform design decisions. - Assist in producing wireframes, interactive prototypes, concept sketches, and user flows. - Contribute to creating user-centered, clean, and simple designs. - Present design concepts to geographically dispersed teams and provide design assets for engineers. Qualifications: - 2-6 years of experience as a UX designer, particularly for enterprise Web applications, with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe tools, Sketch, or similar software. - Self-motivated with a passion for user-centered design and attention to detail. - Ability to address complex UX design challenges and deliver simple solutions. - Strong organizational and communication skills in English. - Experience in responsive UI design for mobile-friendly web applications. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Design or related field. - Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) degree/certification or related experience is a plus.,
