Role Overview: As a User Experience Arch Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, often creating new solutions by adapting existing methods and procedures. - Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align your work with team goals. - Interact primarily with your direct supervisor or team leads, as well as peers and management levels at clients and within Accenture. - Capable of making decisions independently on new assignments, with minimal guidance. Qualifications Required: - Background in User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX), 3D Designing, Creative Design, and UI/UX Design. - Comprehend the principles of User Experience (UX or UE) to enhance user satisfaction with products by improving usability, accessibility, and overall interaction experience. - Experience of 10 to 14 years with a qualification in Any Graduation.
